Fiona
Knobel is Managing Director of Knobel Executive Coaching.

Fiona Knobel has over
twenty years experience developing people and organisations to be
the best they can be.
Fiona is Managing Director
of her own executive coaching practice. Fiona has coached
senior executive managers of large international organisations,
directors in small business and many individual people in their
unique personal development.
As an internationally
certified Neuro Linguistic Programming
(NLP) Trainer and Consultant (University
of California), a fellow trainer with IANLP and a certified Trainer
with the NLP Trainers Registration Body, Fiona integrates NLP in
her coaching, training and presenting style to facilitate excellence
for each person. Fiona provided internationally recognised
certified training programs in NLP. She is committed to providing
professional education and training in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
For five years she has facilitated the NLP Practitioner and NLP
Master Practitioner training programs in Perth. She now mentors
her past students and provides support to the NLP Study Group.
Other qualifications include
Graduate Diploma of Australian Institute of Company Directors Master
in Business (Human Resource Management), a certified Fellow with
Australian Human Resourse Institute,and accredited in various development
tools including Human Synergistics Leadership (LSI) and Team Development
tools (GSI), Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Disc, and Clare
Graves Values Systems.
In addition, Fiona has
held executive and senior management roles including General Manager,
People, Performance and Culture with National Lifestyle Villages;
KPMG, HBF and Queensland Rail. As an adjunct lecturer with
the Graduate School of anagement, University of Western Australia,
Fiona taught Organisational Behaviour.
Fiona's mission is to
help people help themselves to be the best they can be.
Her vision is to contribute to the positive
development and life skills education of our children so that each
child is able to choose how they want to think, feel and behave
in any moment. It is to lead and build a sustainable organisation
/ community where people want to belong.
