What is Neuro Linguistic Programming?

Neuro Linguistic Programming, also referred to as NLP, was founded by John Grinder and Richard Bandler in the 1970's as a methodology for modelling human excellence. It is an attitude which leaves behind a trail of techniques. Neuro Linguistic Programming teaches people how to 'generatively' learn, so that they can continue to evolve themselves and create the patterns of behaviour for their own human excellence.

Neuro:	the neurology of our mind and how we think
Linguistic:	the language patterns that we use to influence ourself and others
Programming:	our patterns for behaviour which determine how we think, feel and do

There are many applications of Neuro Linguistic Programming. Learn how to help others (as well as yourself) change existing patterns of behaviour and thinking to get the outcomes they truly want.
