Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming
Master Practitioner is an advanced training in NLP, offering an enhanced and deeper exploration into NLP, augmenting the experiences and understandings gained during your NLP Practitioner course. The core activity that defines NLP is modelling. It is in Master Practitioner that students really get to explore the amazing potential that modelling offers them, learning to model anything of interest to them. NLP Master Practitioners:
Being able to model means that you have the skill to learn anything under your own direction. Think of a skill you admire and wish to have: it could be a physical activity - like singing or dancing - or it could be new or different patterns of thought or behaviour. With the competencies you will gain in Master Practitioner you will be able to model these for yourself and even transfer these skills to other people. In Practitioner of NLP, you discovered that NLP has made a significant contribution to your life and you have made changes that have supported this contribution. Now, in Master Practitioner, you will learn to detect patterns and build models of human behaviour that will open the doorway to a wide range of human excellence in all areas of life performance. You will study in depth the effect of core values and beliefs in determining how people shape their reality and have the opportunity to conduct a detailed modelling project.
The prerequisite for the Master Practitioner training is successful completion of an approved NLP Practitioner training
John Grinder calls NLP an epistemology. Epistemology is the study of how we know what we know. Having a rich explicit understanding of the epistemological foundations of NLP is of fundamental importance for Master Practitioners of NLP. It is this that supports Master Practitioners in their modelling of human excellence. The benefits of this advanced program are evidenced by the profound integration of the practitioner skills into the neurology of the student. The ability to expand one's own epistemology or to take on the epistemology of others whilst maintaining one's own core beliefs and identity, means that the student of this program has a greatly enhanced world view and the ability to comfortably deal with people from all levels and walks of life with greatly enhanced communication skills. The benefits stemming from understanding another's model of the world and the ability to separate that model from your own are beyond estimation. Your NLP Trainers Fiona Knobel (Knobel Executive Coaching) and Roger Deaner (Leadervision, Melbourne) are your trainers. This Master Practitioner of NLP conforms with and in many cases exceeds the highest standard of NLP training found anywhere in the world and is endorsed by the NLP Trainers' Registration Body, the patron of which is co-originator of NLP, Dr John Grinder. Roger Deaner, Leadervision, is a very experienced Master Trainer of NLP and Trainer of NLP Trainers. He specialises in teaching authentic NLP as well as the business applications of NLP. Amongst his distinguished corporate career, Roger was Managing Director for an international corporation where his success was due largely to his negotiating expertise and his ability to train influential leaders. Please Note: Trainers may change due to reasons beyond our control. Training Format A 20 day program, this training is taught in four 5-day modules.
