Executive Coaching
Fiona provides individual coaching to people in business and the community who aspire to being more excellent at what they do. Fiona’s elite competence in asking generative questions helps uncover “The Map is not the Territory” for the person. That is, she facilitates the person to work out a well formed outcome for what they really want. Fiona then provides as much coaching as the client needs to help them achieve their outcome.

As an Executive Coach, Fiona draws on her unique combination of experience as a Human Resource Manager/Organisation Development Manager/Management Consultant in addition to her excellent coaching skills using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Fiona has worked with a huge variety of people; from chief executive officers of large public sector organisations to Directors of private companies. She is a preferred coach for the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

Executive Coaching program packages can be tailored for each person based on their short term and long term needs (Packages are available for 3 months, 6 months or 12 months).

Leadership Development Programs
Working with the needs, goals and outcomes of the client, Fiona designs and implements a leadership development program which is unique for the organisation. Each organisational culture is unique and the issues and challenges are another layer of their uniqueness.

Fiona draws on many years experience as a leader and trainer. The programs do not necessarily include ‘training’. However, if desired, training programs would be outcome based using a competency development approach.

Leadership development programs may combine action learning groups, business projects, executive coaching/mentoring, on line forums, peer facilitation, 360 degree feedback and development, evaluation. Fiona’s personal style and skills enables her to create the design which best suits the client.
